Amékos is a fusion restaurant, a brilliant blend of Soul Food and West African cuisine. The goal of this project was to fuse two cultures that would complement one another completely based on how the branding was designed. The research for this project was the best part. Discovering differences and similarities between the two cultures and fusing them was a challenge.
There were numerous assets designed for this project, such as a logo, color palette, patterns, icons, packaging for a signature item, stationary, posters, a menu, and advertising. Not everything is pictured in this layout, but you get a good idea of the branding.
